7 Paddock St.

Built circa 1840, 7 Paddock Street is a wooden two-storey, side gabled, Greek Revival residence. Below the soffit a decorative cornice has dentils flanked by ornate brackets. The scottish dormer is a key architectural feature, as are the windows, each topped with a pediment, supported by brackets, and the sashes are six over sash. The residence has a handsome entranceway equipped with transom window and sidelights. Pilasters and ornate brackets support the entranceway entablature.
