46 Garden St.
Although 46 Garden Street was a built in the late 1800’s in a vernacular style, it was given some modern upgrades by its previous owner in 2008. The wood siding was covered with a fire resistant cement board, and new windows and doors were installed. The roof was replaced and wiring and plumbing was upgraded. We have paved the driveway, which allows parking for all tenants. Also we added some flowers and shrubbery to soften the exterior.
Other houses in the area are now making major improvements. The neighbourhood contains lovely greenspaces, on-street parking for guests, and a gas station /convenience store all less than a 1 minute walk away. Brunswick Square, City Market, Imperial Theatre & City Hall are all less than a 10 minute walk. Highway 1 access in less than 1 minute by car.
